Dr. Balogun has a PhD in accounting from Louisiana State University, JD in Law from Southland University, LLM in International Law and Taxation from Regent University school of Law in Virginia.
Dr. Balogun received legal training from the Virginia for three years.
Dr. Balogun was Dean of the School of Business in Virginia and a Professor of Accounting and Business Law for over fifteen years.
Dr. Balogun worked with community development of small and medium business, preparing financial statements, counseling entrepreneurs and forecasting profitability and ongoing concerns
